Received a promo on Instagram in November - went on to their website and put the items in my basket waiting for Black Friday sale to start on Friday 28th. The website charged my saved card without my submitting the order which was odd. I tried contacting them twice and no reply. Card was not refunded and I have yet to receive any product nearly 3 weeks later.
