First things first, watch this video before you use the deodorant.

Only use a small amount of deodorant at a time, 2-3 swipes should do the trick.

Always wait until the deodorant has dried before putting on clothing. This will make sure that your clothes don't get stained. 

We do not use preservatives. As such, the top layer of your deodorant might be a little dry when you receive it. Simply apply a small amount to the back of your hand to soften and then you'll be good to go. 

Our deodorant tube is made from cardboard. Somtimes our natural oils can soak through and stain the tube. But don't worry, this does not affect deodorant performance. 

When applying, pinch the side of the tube. Pinching the tube will stop it sliding down. Watch this video for instructions.

Sometimes our natural oils will soak through the inner part of our deodorant tubes causing stains. This is because we use cardboard packaging as opposed to plastic. It's one of the challenges of working with sustainable and natural materials but we are constantly looking at ways to improve this. The staining does not affect the deodorant's performance.

Antiperspirants prevent you from sweating by clogging your pores. They act as a "plug" for your sweat pores. Antiperspirants do this by using the chemical aluminium.

Vico works by reducing and neutralising odors associated with sweat. We use natural ingredients like tapioca starch which help absorb moisture and keep you dry.

Our deodorant is suitable for sensitive skin. We have minimised the use of ingredients like baking soda to reduce the likelihood of people getting rashes associated with other natural deodorant brands.

It is important to make sure you read all ingredients before using to ensure that you are not sensitive/allergic.

Stop using the deodorant immediately if you have any reaction or rashes. Wash the effected area with warm water and soap to remove the deodorant.

No, Vico will not stain your clothes as long as you do not put excessive amounts on your underarms.

Only use 2-3 swipes per armpit. Wait a few moments until it's dry before putting on clothing.
