Marketing Intern (Hybrid – Dublin)

We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our small but mighty team. This is a hybrid, part-time role (2–3 days per week), with a mix of in-office (Dublin) and remote work.

This role is best suited for a student undertaking a degree in marketing or a related field, or a recent graduate/free lance looking for a part time position. This is a paid internship.

If you're obsessed with TikTok trends, love keeping tabs on the latest in beauty and fashion, and find yourself constantly brainstorming content ideas — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work directly with the founder to brainstorm, create, and schedule content — especially for TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Help plan and roll out marketing campaigns across TikTok and Meta
  • Assist in setting up and monitoring paid social ads
  • Collaborate with retailers on upcoming promotions
  • Support influencer partnerships and media outreach

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and full of ideas
  • Comfortable working independently and within a small team
  • Passionate about content creation, beauty, lifestyle, and fashion
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and stay organised
  • Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and tools like Canva, CapCut, etc.

Bonus Points If You…

  • Have experience posting TikTok or IG Reels
